Align Realty operates an SMS notification program for the licensed agents and staff affiliated with our brokerage. This program is used only for internal transaction coordination. It is not a consumer marketing program and it is not used to send promotional or telemarketing messages.

How to opt in: Text the keyword JOIN to (475) 259-2599. This notice is also provided in writing to every agent and team member during brokerage onboarding. Opting in is voluntary and is not a condition of affiliation, employment, or of buying any property, goods, or services.

What you will receive: Transaction task reminders, deal status updates, and scheduling notifications tied to the active real estate transactions you are working on.

Message frequency: Varies by transaction activity, up to approximately 60 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply.

Help: Reply HELP or INFO, or email tcody@alignrealtyct.com.

Opt out: Reply STOP, OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Acceptance of Agreement:

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms and Conditions of use Agreement (Agreement) with respect to our site (the Site). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, free product samples or freebie offers or services provided by or listed on the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement.
